Services
ALS Certified Centers and Clinics While there is not a cure for ALS, there is care. The ALS Association Centers of Excellence are the hallmark of multi-disciplinary care for people with ALS. The Chapter sponsors clinics throughout Florida which provide comprehensive care from a team of professionals in a single day's visit. For more information CLICK HERE.
Home Visits Our Patient Services Coordinators are available to assist you in your home throughout the course of the disease. We can help you identify your service and equipment needs, and make recommendations on how best to meet those needs. These visits also offer moral support while imparting valuable information and assistance.
Medical Equipment Loan The Florida Chapter loans medical equipment to patients to assist in daily living. The Medical Equipment Program loans wheelchairs, lifting devices, and more to patients free of charge. If you are interested in being a part of this program, contact Lisa at 888-257-1717 ext. 108 or LBublinec@alsafl.org.
